That's the other issue with women in combat units, one that can't be worked around by finding better qualified women. A man's brain is wired to react differently to women in distress. Men have and will do dumb things in combat that they wouldn't have done otherwise when women are in the mix, unfortunately. That's not even getting into the issue of how tempting a female soldier is as a target for a televised beheading or the like compared to a male one.
