the vest looks custom, but there are some things you can try to get to look like this

The vest is either going to be a 6b3 or 6b5 (6b5 will look best in my opinion), and then over that a BVD load bearing vest

the clothing just looks a black or navy blue overalls, you could get one from varusteleka but not sure if they're in stock anymore

the drop leg pouches look like surplus ak mag pouches that were tailored for that

the rest is bunch of custom shit,(keep in mind this is post-apocalypse setting so many things will look like they were just added to the best along the way), these won't look exactly like pic related but you can tailor them to look like that over time
