Finnish mosin would have no difference for your purposes. Wood color might change and some detailed things if you are making it at 4k resolution or something. But the wood color would be lost in texturing and the rest wouldn't matter to most.

Vector with beta c mag. 100 rounds. Also, the Ultimax, an LMG/AR hybrid. A lever action in 45 gov would be nice.

Don't forget to put in a full auto pistol of some kind, because no one likes semi auto pistols that aren't super powered. Lots of people like mini m4 PDRs, too. Include one chambered in .300 ACC blackout.

Everyone loves full auto snipers, so be sure to throw in the M14EBR.

Lee Enfield No. 4 Mk I and add the ability to use your stamina to fire faster, get some of that mad minute shit going.

Please consider the Walther MPL (not the shorter MPK).

It's amazing that it didn't become more popular. It has a fairly unique (and cool) system where the bolt mass is above the barrel, giving it a fairly unique look, and serves to shorten the length of the gun.

I know you mentioned AKs, ARs etc in the OP, but if I could recommend something? - Don't have a million variants. None of those you mentioned (and I can't think of any others either) aside from the AK and AR really warrant multiple versions.

It's also counter intuitive, but having a massive, massive list of weapons in general isn't actually a good thing either - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overchoice ... This is especially true in games where the unique character and familiarity with each gun can get lost in the sea of other weapons competing for a chunk of brain space.

For the AK, perhaps the old-fashioned AKM-47, a 5.45 variant (e.g. AK-74M, or better AN-98 for unique 2-shot mode), and a modern version or two - Say AK-100 series, or the unique AEK-900 series (the latest is designated A545) with balanced recoil system. 3 variants, with 2 having unique features is more than enough.

And for AR, since there's a million factory models and millions more 'custom' builds, it's better instead to have generic stats for each caliber, and have simple modifiers for a small number of things like short, standard, or long barrels. Take firemodes, optics/sights, and generic 'quality' into account in a similar manner, e.g:
Short brl: -1 to range
Single/Auto modes
Poor sights (but picatinny rail means they're easily replaceable): -1 to accuracy
Good quality: +1 to acc, +1 to durability/reliability/whatever.

- IDK what stats you're using ofc, but you don't need unique stats for every special snowflake variant like LaFrance M16K...!

At any rate, my recommendation is something based on Soviet 9x39 subsonic round, perhaps VSS Vintorez or AS Val. Again, unique because of very interesting caliber for a TTRPG (silent as hell, short range, AP, hard hitting etc).

I'm no Kalashnikov fan, but RPKs are great. Especially 5.45 RPKs. RPKs are basically regular kalashnikovs, made for longer range, and made to survive machinegun-like use, with thicker barrels, and strengthened parts, and a bipod. Plus, they look cooler.
