I'm thinking about running within the next couple weeks, and I need a kit to take with me. I have a very large bag so space isn't a huge deal, and money isn't a big deal either. What I'm looking for is a setup to live out of for a while so I can wander around. End game I need a contingency weapon to kill myself with.The problem is I don't think I have time to order a lot of things on the internet. I'm gonna need some basic stuff I could find at wal-mart or gun stores. I'm thinking like a light sleeping bag and something to start fires. Some hygiene stuff so I don't go smelling like big foot etc. I'm looking for some tips from people who have done/thought about doing similar things before.

I'm afraid you're right. I should have prepared long before. A skill like this isn't really something you can just google. Also I can't help but be vague. Thread isn't aimed to be about me blogging about running but more to the side of preparing for the running itself.
