North Korea has been sending small 'special forces' detachments overseas for decades in support of either comblock shenanigans or recently in like syria for instance. So the smallest sliver of Norks who would actually have experience and competency in combat operations would be (a fraction) of their SOF forces. They do have like 180k on paper, but you can't trust 3rd world force organization which has political elites staffing such units and do get their asses kicked fairly easily as we've seen in Iraq. We don't know the politcal situation in N. Korea very well at all, so how joined up the branches of their military are is hard to say.
