Been looking into the Mitchell Arms P08.
Love the Luger-inspired design. What do you guys think? Any of you ever used this gun before?
They're just as expensive as a real Luger.
Why buy one?
Not b8, just asking.
pic related is 3 of my 4 Lugers
I had a mitchell arms luger. it sucked. went back to factory 4 times for warranty work. get a real mauser instead.

>Side-toggle Luger
I'm not sure if I'm supposed to like it or hate it.
>>32276269
nah, its actually a one-in-a-kind, toggle-locked swiss original, so not really a luger...
comes in .357 Mag tho

I WANT IT NOW
>>32273585
Are they the same people who refurbish Mauser rifles and pass them off as original?
>>32278174
Yes
>I promise I'm not a nazi
Last time I went to a range to renew my license (Israeli here) there was a really old guy there like 80-90 years old. He was there to renew his licence too and he was with his Luger.
It was a bit sad too because he couldn't really handle the gun and was really slow. The instructor was not very patient with him.
Just imagine the story if this guy and this gun. I asked him about it but he just smiled enigmatically and sad ''its with me since the war''.

Where did you pick your P08s up at?
I'm in the market for something...want to buy myself something nice for Christmas.
Should I even consider RIA or James D Julia options?
>>32281160
My first one I got from Simpson LTD (1939 Mauser) in 2000 for ~$800.
other 3 I got from local gun auctions for varying prices.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from gunbroker though. Seen plenty of good ones go for good prices on there when I was low on money.

me btw
>>32279370
You lost, deal with it.
