Not enough cheaper compared to a sub2k to be worth the expensive single stack mags.

Also PCCs are dumb in general. All the weight and bulk of a rifle caliber carbine with none of the capability.

Most people on /k/ don't hate Hi-Point, we begrudgingly accept that they work well enough despite being ugly, cheap as shit, and with the ergonomics of a dumpster. Carbines included. They're functional weapons, but you shouldn't be proud of owning one.

I have heard they are actually pretty good, but I agree with above that the sub2k would be a better get. As far as PCC in general, I think they are a great candidate for a suppressor host. Nice home defense piece if they are quiet.

The pistols are functional weapons as well. Plus HP has the absolute best customer service ever. My brother got a C9 for shits and giggles, it came with the sights broken off for some reason. He called them and there were no questions asked, just another one in the mail with 2 extra mags.

I don't think most of /k/ hates hi-point, we just don't care about them. They're ok guns for people who are legit poor. Shit might work, but is wonky.

The recoil on the 9mm I shot was fucking weird, It felt like it oscillated for a few miliseconds if a follow up shot was not taken immediately.
