What handgun would you buy if you wanted something because it was cool, not because it was practical?
pic definitely not related.

1911 is cool but not practical.
is this bait thread?
cuz 7 rounds capacity compared to 18 rounds capacity. 1911 cant be justified.
aint nobody got time for that
A Steyr-Hahn maybe or a pre-A1 1911.

I just bought pic related, a Colt Combat Unit 1911. Cool af, but I'm not going to replace my glock 19 with it for daily carry.
Steyr Hahn

Cylinder gap? I suppose it's a bit farther back than other revolvers.

A Desert Eagle, it's a badass American handgun with a gas system and AR style locking lugs, made to fire high powered Magnum handgun cartridges.
Recoil is soft, accuracy is phenomenal, and if you know what makes it tick, you can have a pretty reliable range toy or target gun, even a hunting pistol, you better believe that a .440 from a 10" will ruin a hog's day.

Not everyone needs 18 rounds in their daily life

Yes, American.
IMI was just contracted by Magnum Research because they had the tooling and facilities to produce the gun (MR lacking the logistics to do so at the time), it was a business deal that has now ended, the Desert Eagle has been made in America by Magnum Research for quite a few years now.
