I want one too. But I wouldn't buy one. If I was going to get a PDW i'd get one on an easy to find caliber because if I threw down the money, i'd shoot the ever loving fuck out of it. Every time they even looked like they needed to piss, daddy's kicking in stall doors. I'd take it hunting. I'd get close enough to a deer to use it even if I had to soak in a hot tub of doe piss and lay ass up in some tall grass.

PSA has ss197 for $15-17 a box and AE fmj for a dollar or two less than that. That would place it in .45 pricing and 5.56 territory. For ss195 or ss198 it'll be more expensive closer to match grade pricing of 5.56 or .308. Check sgammo or midwestgunworks.com that's where I buy my bulk ss198, 500rds for $269.

How's the trigger? Any comparison to other PCCs?

I've got a Scorpion Evo I plan to SBR and the PS90 is tempting to me, but I can't shake the feeling that owning the former would make buying and SBRing the latter redundant.

It's not the best trigger out of my collection. But at the same time I'm not some operator or competition shooter, so I personally don't mind the trigger feel and pull overall.
I haven't had much experience with PCC only once have I shot an 9mm ar at a range. I feel like if you are going the PCC route and sbr then yeah it pretty much would replace the desire to own a ps90 if the only criteria was size dimension. I would still get the ps90 because I love the ergos and design and it fits my small ass perfectly, cheek weld is great on me.

On the topic of 5.7x28mm, are there any cartridges available to US civilians that retain the nigh velocity armor piercing properties that are supposed to make it good?

I know that FN doesn't sell it's AP ammo (SS190) to anyone other than military/police, but is that due to US law or just a choice by FN?

Are there any other companies that sell something comparable?
