I have very large glutes, quads, and hamstrings from squats, dead lifts and lunges.

I have to buy a size or two larger than mine, then get them tailored to bring in the waist a few inches.

Still squishes my balls.

For pants, for example, I always get a waist size too big, just to fit an IWB.

skateboard brands have great clothes that are pretty well suited to oper8in, I have a couple pairs of vans pants that are a weird combo of canvas and denim, pretty slim fitting, but nearly full range of motion, and barely any wear marks from taking a bunch of spills on concrete.
Zoo York used to make some fucking great jackets, I had a psuedo m65 jacket from them that had a weird inner pocket that turned out to be an almost perfect shoulder holster substitute for a makarov. dont have either anymore sadly.

It depends Regular weather? slightly small. Nice tight fit, makes you look more swole.

You need winter clothes? base layer under your regular clothes small/same. Anything that goes over your regular clothes one size up because you have to layer.
