I was only a POG that worked on planes in the service for 5 years, and have done it for 10 years since getting out. I've worked with countless females, yet I can only think of maybe just one that could pull her weight on the flightline.

One thing they all had in common though was a desire for special snowflake titles and participating in every single extra curricular activity to advance themselves within the squadrons other than, you know, learning to do their jobs better.

When it came time for deployments, about two weeks prior in most cases, they would spontaneously get pregnant or have some bullshit medical condition that excused them from going.

Thank god the airlines weed those worthless cunts out right off the bat. Out of about 600 mechanics, there's like 20 females in mine... and they 'fix' the shit and vomit covered seats and change cabin light bulbs on a nightly basis, while the rest of us get jobs with substance.

Bit better in MP units as they are handy for gathering info through inane chatter (domestics on base and talking with sack people on deployment). That said typically worthless with anything heavier than a typical m16 (there are exceptions but at best 5%) get injured easier on prolonged foot patrols (hence MP so they ride) and drama so much drama. Canadian army here. Women are our most precious resource and have made our military over 9000% more effective. They are definitely as strong as usually stronger and faster than the average man. I wouldn't be surprised if they actually make up the majority of CANSOFCOM since women tend to be overall more rational, athletic and stoic than their male peers. Whenever I see an overweight female in uniform I think how wonderful it is to have the most battle ready military in the world. I hope we get more of them because from my personal experience alone, the skinny 110lb women in my platoon are the best performers and can be counted upon to pull their weight and usually carry the weight of their male colleagues too. Diversity matters alot in an operational setting. I can't tell you how many times how having more women helps us dominate the battle space. I'm pretty sure that men might actually be a minority in the military because of how good they are. If I were a Russia soldier I'd be scared about the thought of fighting an all-female military. Emotional quotient (eq) is a force multiplier and women have this in spades.

I've been in the infantry for 7 years and almost every single woman that has joined my unit didn't belong there. In those years only 4 of the 12 woman that have been in my unit have actually been competent at their jobs. They were actually competent enough to make the other women jealous because all they did was bitch and moan about fucking EVERYTHING, and so they started spreading rumors about them. These jealous cunts would stick around for 2 years before transferring to a logistics role where they belonged, but by that time the damage was already done and the competent women want to transfer to another unit or trade.

It must be a great feeling fitting in with the men in your platoon, more-so your section, only for some jealous cunts to start saying you're a slut and wondering if your friends think its true.

Air Force PA here, on the hospital side everything is pretty chill, and you can generally trust all the O's that make it to O-3. Typical civilian side bs and drama is there though. All of the techs are okay and pull weight most of the time, fresh 4N0's are just garbage 99% of the time.

All in all I really only had one stand out female that impressed me to work with.

11 years active as a pogue ass mechanic. Saw and worked with quite a few female wrench turners and equipment operators. Most of the female mechs were average. They could do the work but I never met one that I would have considered a technical expert. I have higher regard for the equipment operators. The good ones operated well, took care of the equipment, and if they were in leadership positions took care of their projects and people.

The shitty end of the spectrum was full of your standard cum dumptsers/sickbay commandos/no nothing no it alls/office shits. Luckily never had to deal with too many of these as their tenure was rarely longer than a single enlistment if that, as their bullshit often times got them discharged early.

My experience in intel is a mixed bag. There were plenty of incompetent females or females who didn't really care about the job, and there were plenty of males who were the same.

I will say that where the difference lies is how they are treated by leadership. Females are likely to be treated "better" and won't get shit for "fraternization" (hanging out with NCOs and Os). In my experience my CoC was kind of cringey and the female junior enlisted would hang out with the NCOs and Os all the time outside of work (intel is top heavy in my experience, so you're bound to "hang out" at work).

Cant speak for myself but my brother is in the Indian Army. Currently the only combat positions available to women are mainly Border Security, MP or Air Force pilots (which they are pretty fucking good at for some reason). Its kinda like they prefer women in every role except for infantry roles of any kind.

Imagine someone who is weaker and has less endurance than literally anyone else. The absolute maximum female PT score, is far below failing for a male.
