Talk about gibberish typing. The former half is just referring to a Turkish Gendarmerie soldier named Mehmet Kil, who was apparently KIA while combating terrorists way back in 2007. The term 'komando' is more or less used as a catch-all term for any Special Forces division, which this fallen soldier probably was.

The latter half is just a hollow statement glorifying special forces soldiers. More likely than not, this guy's just a fan and a wannabe operator. He'd fit right in with /k/.

Depends which Turk you ask. The hardcore Islamists here can't praise ISIS enough, whereas most of the remaining population hates their guts. That being said, there was a period of time in which most Turks were at least willing to *tolerate* having ISIS near their borders, when those jihadists were more busy killing and overrunning Kurdish militias instead of terrorizing the region. People don't show up on your list "randomly", FB (and others) use "deep learning" algorithms to figure out your connections. In my case, they were able to dig up people I met briefly many years ago on a government related business and never, ever had any kind of electronic contact with.
