How do guns stores work in america? Can I just walk in and buy

In most states you can get a rifle or shotgun with just a background check that takes a few minutes. Handguns require a 3-day waiting period. The laws vary from state to state.

Background check, yes. It works for handguns too, not just rifles. No waiting period for any unless your state is retarded or your name is too common.

Myself, case in point. Any time I want a long gun, I get a "delay" for a day but any time I want a pistol I get "proceed".

Any good state you need a form of photo id, fill out about 10 questions, get instant background check(instant meaning 5-10 minutes), pay for th3 gun and walk out the door with your new gun(dojt forget to pickup ammo).

In good states rifles are even easier if you do a private sale. Nothing is required not even a bill of sale. Ive sold private before and just to cover myself in the slightest bit I did request to see the buyers ccw and matching dl.

Anyone that needs to do more than a background check ie waiting period lives in a nigger infeasted city or liberal shit state with high taxes.
