Alternatively, you could make your own (or pay someone to do it with the parts you've acquired); shouldn't be hard to setup a modern Mauser-style action with a .50 bolt and barrel, and a beefed up wooden stock.

If its not aforementioned Polymer or Sheet Metal, its probably a single shot hunting rifle.
Other options would be muzzle loading rifles or .50 Beowulf or .500 Smith and Wesson lever guns.
If you plan on not being a magnum cartridge such as .50 AE, .500 S&W, a shotgun shell or .50 Beowulf... Then really theres nothing that doesn't have that look that can feed multiple rounds.
