Going to buy a cz-527 carbine in 7.62x39, what's a good scope choice?

March 1-10x SFP
The whole point of this gun is that it's light and handy. Adding a scope makes it top heavy and subjectively feels less handy.

The whole point of this gun is that it's a beautiful and accurate rifle chambered in a cheap caliber.
Being relatively light and handy is a side benefit. Especially since it actually weighs more than most run-of-the-mill deer rifles with 22-24" barrels.

I understand that but I've always enjoyed scopes

I just bought a 527 last week and have a leupold rifleman 2x7x33 mounted. I have good bolt clearance and eye relief is also great.
I'd rather keep it open
>looks better
>you don't really want to shoot past 150 yards with it anyway for hunting
I'm a fag that only scopes laser cartridge varmints and full power bolt guns, though

I bought this and put it on my Browning BLR in .300 Win Mag. It is by far the nicest sub-$200 scope I have ever bought. Others at the range were also astounded by the clarity of the optics. It is Japanese manufactured which is a nice plus at this price point.
Anything in gloss finish, good luck though Leupold just discontinued all gloss scopes except their 2-7 rimfire for some reason.

Hello JC.

Also interested in a scope. Although after taking mine out for the first time today, its plenty capable with irons and it feels so handy. Now debating if I should just leave it as is.
