I don't know or care about CZ's at all but looking at the SP-01 it looks like a target/competition gun so wouldn't sticking with the aluminum framed version for the extra weight be the better choice compared to this polymer phantom?

well if you check CZ's site it literally says "CZ P-10C - Improving on Perfection" and apparently MAC confirms that this gun will fit in both CZ-P07 holsters and Glock 19 holsters.

I don't care I'm cautiously optimistic about this gun.

It's essentially just a CZ 75 with a rail. If one were planning on using it for competition I guess they could stick with the currently available *steel* frame models. I wouldn't, so I'd like having a lighter gun that still uses the classic 75 lockwork and magazines. The autist in me also kinda wants it just because it's the current Czech service pistol - their Glocks are slowly being phased out.

I was in the Czech Republic for a couple weeks in May for work, saw lots of Bren's and Scorpions. Fun place, cops / milski are cool bro's. Went to the CZ custom shop by the Praha 1 train station.
