I was just reading the application for a C&R License, and I noticed it said a holder of the license may dispose of C&R firearms to anyone within their state. Would that include even pistols like the P64 pictured? I live in Pennsylvania, so long guns I can give to anyone but pistols need an FFL transfer. Are C&R pistols an exception to that rule, and is it only if you have the license?
By the way, Classic Firearms has these on sale for $200 right now
200 bucks? Damn I paid 280 for mine in January.

No, you came out ahead
So, anyone know the answer to the original question about transferring a C&R pistol?

c&r guns will still fall under your state laws

Is a C&R not a class of FFL?

This is always 200$
I got conned with the hand select from them. Me and a buddy ordered them the same day, mine gand select, his not. His was brand spanking new not a scratch, mine had holster wear, superficial scratches and metal under slide serrations was dented.
Ended up rebluing mine, costs me 30$ since i did it myself.

There is no exception in the Pa uniform firearms act for C&R transfers. These would still need to be done at an ffl unless the transfer is between a child and parent.
