Why didn't people attach bulletproof screens that extend from the sides of tanks to support infantry advances in WW1 and 2?
>>32085522
Screens have holes in them dumbass the bullets would go right through it
because a tank surrounded by foot mobiles is a very juicy target for artillery and mortars
>>32085544
As if a tank isn't already a prime fucking target
>>32085522
It would get stuck on various things and further encumber the FT's already overtaxed engine.

>Your the guy who started the thread about Napoleonic infantry carrying steel shield with them aren't you?
The Game Ground Contol had a siege tank that did just that, swing out their tank tread skirt as a long fence like panel of armor for infantry to make gun lines.
>>32085584
To take out a tank with a mortar you would need an almost direct hit
If you cluster foot mobile infantry nearby you have made a miss as profitable as a direct hit.
>>32085522
i dunno anon
why didn't your father use a condom that one time?
he probably asks himself that question every night.
>>32085833
I don't remember that shit at all.
>>32086541
its Ok, by the time you had them infantry where irrelevant
>>32085522
hey look, it's the cuckmobile 9,000
>>32085522
You know that mechanized infantry was a thing in WW2, right?
>>32085657
The look on the driver's face is absolutely priceless.
>>32087339
Someone treated you poorly on BF1 huh?
