Converting a Glock 17 to full auto is manufacturing it and must be treated as such. Obtaining a FFL to enhance your personal collection is illegal, you need a business plan and the ATF will ask you about this. They also will strip you if you arent utilizing your 02/07 to make income (how much isnt really defined) . You need a dedicated shop area and the ATF no-longer issues them to people working out of their garage. You will need a dedicated free standing out building with its own power meter and other zoning BS.

Ex: Prototype machinegun ideas and sales, MIL/LEO sales of full auto ARs/mp5s/etc, suppressor manufacture, etc.

Could I actually fuck the ATF by "protoyping" "suppressors" and get access to machine guns? I mean, it's a lot of a work, but I could build a nice building in a day to two.
