Wives beware!

I just picked up a shield for concealed carry, why are people still going with the overpriced glock 43 when a shield and an apex trigger outguns it for less money?
>>
>>32012285
I don't know the same reason people buy iPhones.
>>
Because marketing is the greatest tool in selling your product.

Glock perfection.
>>
Wives beware

I just farted
>>
I imagine the people that buy Glock 43s are the ones who like their full-size/compact Glocks and got the 43 for consistency and/or brand loyalty

I carry a Shield or Glock 19, depending. When the 43 came out, I shot a handful of mags out of it. I enjoyed it, but not enough to shell out the cash for one of my own, since I already have Shield.

A buddy of mine retired his manual safety Shield for a G43, but he gets blue label. He likes it.

Wives beware!

The Walther CCP is the same price point as the Shield. It comes with Soft™Coil™ technology, so even you're effeminate gay friend can work the action!

The grip texture is grippy as hell out the box! No need to butcher the frame with that hack job stripling the OP has.
>>
>>32012285
Because the flock 43 is much smaller
>>
>>32013137
I like my PPS M2. Haven't tried the CCP.

Also, I think those are talon grips, not stippling.
>>
>>32013922
The 43 is bigger you retard

Jams on Fucking water.

As good as a glock.
>>
G43 is thinner so it prints less.
G43 is lighter so it prints less.
G43 is smaller so it prints less.
G43 fits in more pockets than the Shield.

If you want to feel less recoil, if you want something easier to shoot, go with the bigger and heavier and thicker choices.

Belt holster or big pockets?
Might as well get the Glock 26.
It's only a little heavier, but holds 10 (or more) rounds and it's thicker for recoil management.

If you need a smaller, thinner, lighter gun than the G43, then you'll be looking at the .380's and good luck finding one more shootable than the G42. But you can get a lot smaller...

Shield feels like shit in my hand.
>>
>>32014077
And it costs nearly twice as much as a Shield.

I keep forgetting there's people who can't buy $400 new Glocks.

Because a glock 43 can actually close when you hit the slide release
>>
>>32014494
Well, technically S&W calls it a slide stop, not a release soooo...

Does the shield still have that yellow internal bar you have to flip down to disassemble? Seriously, wtf is with that?
>>
>>32014207
>he thinks thats a good deal
it's like you don't even work for a glock dealer.
>>
>>32012285
The 43 is ok at best

Its the 26 that people recommend, and its a little better than the shield IMO.
>>
Do any compact pistols have a decocker like the mk23
>>
>>32018039
Most of these pistols dont have a hammer
>>
>>32017595
You don't have to use that. You can just pull the trigger to remove the slide.
>>
>>32018039
walthers and their clone bersa.
>>
>>32012285
Because the shield is super flippy, and the glock trigger is the same as other Glocks, making it consistent and great carry option for a glock owner. The pps is also a good option, I just don't like shields because they do not work for me.

Because the 43 is better.
