That a trap only range? I find trap to be extrmemely boring.

I shoot 9mm in the backyard and occasionally 556 at 36 yards.

Stuck in bed, might drag myself out to go to the range. Haven't really left my house and the hospital for months. All the ranges suck around here though.

I miss shooting.

It's just a general shotgun range. You're supposed to only shoot clays, but people pump rounds just down into the woods.

Its the curse of living in Connecticut unfortunately. No really good public ranges.

Not a bad use of 3 hours, and with 12ga back down to $21 per 100 it doesn't even hurt the wallet.

me and a buddy went shooting friday.

Today was the awards banquet and shootoffs from the fall skeet league.

I won the subgauge division by nearly 100 birds over the course of a 1200 bird league, and took second in the 12ga division with an 1178/1200 (winner had an 1191/1200 and is the local NSSA guru, third place was 1019/1200).

Just for shits and giggles we had a winner's shootoff, where the top 3 from all 3 divisions (12ga, subgauge, women's) shot against each other. I took second in that with my .410 barrels because that was the only ammo I had in the car that wasn't duck loads and b&.

Also, pie. Almost everyone brought pie, and I'm about to go succumb to my pumpkin coma.

The filed down bullets did pretty good.
we used two books(pic related the quran was in the front). the other book was a manual for windows 2000 totally pages was around 1500 to 2000 pages.
>.38 special fragmented and really mushroomed out like a hollow point.
>.45 acp didnt fragment and dropped all of its energy 2inch into the first book.(so much stopping power it crush the wood behind the two books we had).
>8mm Mauser was absoletely devestating, even with 1 2x4 and 3 old 4x4s in front of the two books. we only able to capture the steel that we didnt realize one of the bullets was AP).

Citori 725 for 12ga, and an SKB 600 3-barrel set for 20, 28, and .410.

For whatever reason I shoot the 28ga barrel the best of any shotgun I own, and it's what I used for the subgauge league with an 1188/1200.

My comp gun is a Beretta 692. I shot 188/200 average last season for it, I missed this one unfortunately.

I went the range 3 times this last week, shot about 450 spread out over those days. I mostly shoot steel but I shot on paper and found out I was pushing my shots left. I worked on correcting that and focused on getting my grip right so the gun recoils straight up and comes back down where it was.

I went yesterday.

i took my Kimber 45 and my Kimber 380

I consistently shoot the 45 slightly to the left. The target silhouette shows most of my shots center left. Still kill shots for sure, but still of note.

Was practicing holster draws and shot placement with the 380, since it is my daily carry.
