Russian military expenditure is a fraction of the US's, corruption is rife, they rely on conscription, half of their gear lying rusting in storage etc.

Spetznaz aren't known for thier higg levels of education. They're soldiers, whilst some of them, no doubt, speak English, it would still be few enough to make meaningful cooperation possible.

There is only one true answer to OPs question. And thats that any heavy ressistance will be pounded to oblivion with the US planes or Russian artilery and missiles, while engagements will be given to carefully planned out combined arms tactics, each side contributing whatever is the most appropriate for the given situation.
But the fun in these threads, at least for me, is the bullshit rule of cool scenarios.
