Alright /k/, now that Trump is president and has said he will repeal the NFA, when will I be able to buy my favorite Soviet self-propelled gun? Does simply repealing the NFA and changing some import and demilitarization laws allow citizens to import, own, and fire heavy ordinance? When will our streets teem with men in assault gear, LAVs/APCs, and tanks with jets and choppers buzzing overhead?

You're right it is Czech, for some reason I thought it was based on a Soviet design. The G6 Rhino also gives me a huge erection but it's still in service in South Africa so probably out of reach even if the law allowed private ownership.

According to this site you only need to demilitarize the gun to iport one in the US.

I realize this is the current law but what would need to change for it to not be decommissioned and will Trump do so?
Maybe settle down and realise a man who will tell you anything to get into power has no reason to do any of them once he's in power.

Where did he say he was going to repeal the NFA??
>>31949149
>has said he will repeal the NFA
Got a link to him saying exactly that? I've heard a lot of beating around the bush and people near him saying similar shit, but nothing direct and from him.

Is it so wrong to want proof or question unsupported statements?
Believing all the bullshit people tell you without checking facts is how you become a gun shop fudd who tells people glocks don't set off metal detectors and .50BMG's shockwave is lethal even if it misses you.
>>31949325
no, really when did he say this?
>>31949291
Absolutely nothing, you can legally own heavy artillery.
You need to get the gun processed through the NFA as a destructive device, which will cost you time, money, and can be denied by ATF bureaucrats. Each round of ammunition is also a destructive device and has to go through the same process.
Also you might have to call up the ATF and inform them whenever you use it.

Only if it contains more than 4g of explosive. Solid shot is treated no differently than rifle ammunition.
>>31949532
Why would you want solid shot from artillery though? Might as well launch a model rocket.

Rolled in one of those when i did my time in the army. When the engine dies it loses most of its fighting capabilities.
Loved it the same as the 2S1 Goździk.
