Maybe now, since all the industrial and weapons manufacturing is generally in the South.
The Yanks still got Massachusetts and their companies, but honestly, it won't be enough.
Plus imagine all the fresh black conscripts you just gotta point towards the opposing football team.
Tough call, It depends on if they receive local military assistance. Drone warfare changes things.
The south already won.
The nations capital is in the south.
The northern states and west coasts are just southern territories.
No way in hell is the south going to cede all that land to liberals.

Assuming you're talking about historical American Civil War and not some modern, hypothetical bullshit, short answer is no and the long answer is that a surviving, or victorious, CSA would rapidly weaken as the lack of a unifying cause would see the states act in competition with each other while demographic, economic, and development issues would make them increasingly irrelevant on the world stage. If it was really, really lucky it'd make it to the Great Depression but more than likely it would have balkanized by WW1.
Win, possible, but it would be hard fought. Most likely is a war that lasts the better portion of a decade and ultimately tears apart states such as VA which would be the border between North and South. After that both sides would end come to some agreement. I think the South's demands would be better met and they may even stay separated from the North. While the North would have technological and manufacturing capabilities South would have a larger, more experienced and dedicated army including many people who walked out of the US military. Besides what liberals are gonna fight the South without realizing that we aren't completely justified once they experience war.
If they had more railroads, industry, and men, yeah.
Tactically there's not much more they could have done except go guerrilla, fight for years, and hope that the Union got tired.
