Don't listen to these faggots. Look at Form 4473, see what it asks about citizenship, and proceed to LGS of your choice.

If you get denied, it'll be because either you didn't pass the background check, or there's some Maryland shit that doesn't let you. LGS will know.

If a gunstore can legally sell you a gun they will. Go talk to the guys at one. Green card should be all you need.
