I don't believe so. The Navy had a program toying with the idea of attaching them to SEAL teams around 2007, but it didn't go anywhere as far as I know.

I read some rumors about the Navy a few updated OV-10 Broncos over Syria and Iraq, but it sounded more like speculation.

USAF did some evaluations a couple years after the Navy, but only got as far as trainers for for foreign air forces. Nothing was adopted for combat use.

Currently, the role of Super Tucanos is filled by drones in the US military. It works out fine for now, but once in a fight with technically capable forces with electronic warfare, I think a manned plane in this class will prove to be very useful.

We could have had a space battleship by now...

Against unarmored targets and technicals? About as effective as 6 M2s loaded with standard ball. Which is to say, very. For lightly armored targets and the like which MK211 is made for, it would be even more effective.
