>tfw you live in Berkeley
Does anyone else live in a hive of faggotry like the Bay Area? How do you deal with your /k/ impulses while not being lynched?
Follow the jobs to somewhere like NC or Texas and vote GOP.

>he doesn't know that California's economy has been on fire lately
>>31911415
>he lives in California when he has an opportunity to live somewhere else and have the same amount of dosh
I'd literally rather live in NYC.
>>31911408
Shit's cash here man, and I'm living in a house that my family's had for over 100 years.
At least I don't live in Richmond
>>31911429
NYC is far worse
t. Lived in both
Sell your guns and buy dildos.
>>31911450
But the store on Telegraph is always out.
>>31911415
>he thinks that California is the only state that has a booming economy right now
>>31911401
i dont see too much hate for guns here, most people dont seem to care all that much one way or the other
>>31911483
Which part do you live in. I'm in the Berkeley hills just north of the Uni, and I'm pretty sure no one here is aware of the 2nd amendment's existence.
>>31911488
Im in Marin. most people here dont seem to care all that much
>>31911429
I live in Washington, and you can bet that I have no desire to move to California.
>>31911470
I know a little something about having a booming economy. See above. That still doesn't make it okay to repeat false talking points about jobs leaving California.
>>31911495
Yeah, that is true. But Marin's just generally a better place, housewives aside.
I live in the Bay Area. In the East Bay hills (Kensington, upper El Cerrito hills, some parts of Pinole and Richmond) its quite nice but once you get to the flatter parts of the East Bay you have some of the scumbag people you will ever lay your eyes on.
My friends are not so lucky. He and his wife moved away from an apartment complex which was a hive of drug dealers and drive by shootings. The last straw was a 4 minute firefight between several men in which ended with 1 guy dead and 1 guy crawling for several minutes trailing blood and moaning for help. They moved because of the shootings and plus they just had a baby.
They moved to a new suburb but already they want to move away because the dindu neighbors down the street had recently been verbally assaulting/threatening lighter skinned people including Whites, Mexicans, Asians and anyone not black. He had guns and recently stocked up on shittons of ammo.

>willingly contributing to the cancer that is suburbia
>>31911536
Yeah. The problem is that in pretty much all of Berkeley, the people are quite literally cucks. It's like a straight pastiche of /k/'s liberal parody.
At least I won't be close to any danger zones when the post-election riots start.

The things I have seen in Berkley:
>homeless teenager, pregnant and with her boyfriend begging for food in Telegraph.
>Protests- Sometimes its against Israel, sometimes its against airstrikes in Iraq or Syria. Mostly on Telegraph Ave.
>Pro-Communist shirts and socialist banners. This is way more common than you think.
>Homeless bums trying to gain entrance to University faculties. People actually can get robbed during the day in class.
>dog shit, or i believe its from homeless people.
>dindus trying to preach about Black Lives matter.
>a man flew an ISIS flag in Cal and none gave a shit. Same man flew the flag of Israel a day later and people fucking tried to hurt him.
Berkely has more in common with SF's Mission district than anything else. As far as i can say it looks like a decaying place. Go past Berkley like the hills or north and you see a well maintained neighborhood.
>>31911502
The booming economy only points to certain sectors of the economy. They having a boom in construction and technology. Otherwise your in tough luck. Who has it worst? liberal students who studied things not related to a skillset or did not expand their horizons into job skills.

I lived in Vallejo a few years back, just a few miles north of San Fran. I liked Vallejo but being that close to those fuckers and general nogunz made me move to Vegas. Now I own a few funs.
>>31911415
Used to be a Cali fag
Jobs are all shit
Retail and fast food
Everyone from my class are working the $9 an hr jobs they had in highschool.
>>31913457
It must be even worse in other states then, because California has the third-highest median income in the nation.

I make a decent living working for a fortune 500 company. Even, so the cost of living is too high. Food, rents, homes and the taxes are fucking too high. I only stay because of the weather is so nice. I live in Southern CA, who know the place where Disneyland is at. In South CA there is too many people, nobody really speaks English, it's dirty, takes fucking forever to get to anywhere and way too many Mexicans. Vote Trump!
SF peninsula here, it's an interesting situation. I'm a 20 minute drive from Silicon Valley, and most people are at least okay with guns. It's not ideal (muh scary salt rifles and restricted CC), but there's a surprising amount of gun owners. I've even been able to convert a couple of very liberal chicks to being pro-gun. Not gonna lie though, SF and Berkley are absolutely terrible, and their influence keeps growing every year.
