You clearly don't know what you want in life or where you want to work. All you know is america equals guns and negroes and the system sort you out if you're like this.

Having worked in the high tech industry with lots of people on visas working towards citizenship there are two major ways:

#1 You come here as a student as part of a study abroad program if you're in it in Aus land or you apply and get accepted to one here. You then get a student visa for your time in school plus some extra time at the end (I think it's a few months but I'm not sure). With that time you can get a job and if you do then you go to the next step.

#2. A work visa. You need to get hired by a company with a decent lawyer (more about his later) who is willing to sponsor you for the process of citizenship. To get this job the lawyer has to write a brief document explaining why they can't hire/get an American to do the job and how they plan to pay you fair wages compared to an American worker. Then you get 7 years on your work visa. At the end of which you either have citizenship or have gotten deported. You can google the citizenship stuff on your own.

The lawyer is important because an Indian guy I worked with was deported because the lawyer quit the company and hadn't filed his paperwork and he didn't check so when 7 years came up he was out and back to India. So pick a well established company with good structure, don't jump into some startup that can vanish overnight if you do end up here.
