No, only two or three captured t-90th from Syria after being hit by ATGMs. You should stop think that T-90 is the newest tank in Russian arsenal, just because number is higher. They're pretty outdated and countries who bought export versions has better T-90's than Russian MoD. (Same true about Mi-28NE and some models of Suchos, btw)

A couple have been hit and survived, but these were TOW-2s so they were designed to defeat those warheads.

The T-90 is pretty obsolete right now, it is just a fancy T-72B after all. The newer T-72B3 upgrades are more capable nowadays.
