I have met several people who were outwardly "normal", functioning people, but they were such terrible people I legitimately believe they deserved to die.

Don't get me wrong, I see that kind of death as a very reverent thing that deserves a high place of ritualized respect. But I also believe that killing these people would make the world a better place.

So by taking their lives in a manner that shows respect it not only improves the world overall, but also mercifully removes a person like that from the suffering that is life.

Its hard to say because it can be very subjective.

Of course there's always the obvious people: druggies, white trash, gang bangers, generally the impoverished and crude people in society.

But there's also less obvious people.
Those who do not produce anything of value and have no substance to themselves, meaning that they derive everything about themselves from the expectations and beliefs of others. People who lie to others and themselves about what they really want in life. People who hide behind a vail of moral superiority so that they can pass judgment and social sentences upon others.

The list goes on and on...

Mainly it is people who depend completely upon others for their own existence, whether its a physical, social, or psychological dependency. And certainly not all people who are guilty of these things deserve to die, that is only in some cases.
