If i were to mount a krinkov style muzzle device to a blow back weapon, would the increased back pressure cause the gun to cycle more effectively, or would the increased pressure cause the bolt to move faster and have more malfunctions such as stovepiping?

I'm curious as to why you need a Brake on a 9mm carbine?

just to redirect as much sound downrange as possible.

Muzzle Brakes usually make guns louder in my experience.

I actually tried that on a 9mm carbine that I built, it started cycling the bolt too fast and stovepiping a lot, then the extractor chipped.

linear compensators tend to redirect gas downrange (linearly)
