Short answer, yes.
>9mm glock looks like .45 glock
>9mm smiff looks like .45 smiff
>9mm sig looks like .45 sig
>9mm cz looks like .45 cz

Anon, youre mistaking caliber for model. A lot of models look identicle between calibers (a 45 looks exactly the same as a 9mm).
If that model youre calling a 45 is the shape you like buy one in 9mm. It's called an M1911 or just 1911 by most brands.
Search online for "9mm m1911" or something.
Oh and dont buy a kimber, they look pretty but you run a good chance of being dissapointed by performance
>look like a .45 handgun
what did he mean by this?
they're thin because they're single stacks. 1911 people are pretty much the only ones that will tolerate a single stack full size pistol that costs $700 more than a double stack.

Here's a good 9mm handgun that looks like a .45
(yes it's a .357 magnum, but .357 mag is 9x33R, therefore 9mm)

You seem to be incredibly new to the world of shooting, so I would recommend doing a lot of reading.
To try to answer your question, guns can be chambered in many different calibers. One model of pistol, such as the 1911 in your picture, can purchased in 9mm, .40, .45, 10mm, and plenty of other calibers.
Springfield Armory EMP 9mm...nice!

He wants to get a .45 1911 but he's gonna load the mags with 9mm for carry.
