A 5.56 is more effective against armor than a pipe bomb. An EFP designed for fragmentation is much better than a pipe bomb. Go to the link and read the section I listed.

there was a thread on AR15.com about a guy who registered a granade as a DD- and it got approved. the engraving was on the spoon, the explosives werent mil grade (obviously) and he had to keep it separate from the grenade body until ready to use.
