Japan and South Korea are making new friends.
Proud of the little guys. First time Japan is conducting bilateral air exercises with someone who isn't America.
Hopefully we get some sweet footage of the Typhoons later.

What the hell is the UK doing all the way in Japan
>>31792306
Japan needs a strong, white ally
US can't deliver that anymore
>>31792306
Took a wrong turn in the clouds. Happens all the time.
>>31792357
>UK
>White
pick one

Kek
>>31792632
Should've taken the left turn at albuquerque. Nobody ever does
>>31792306
They like to get together and Reminisce about the good times, when they were both Empires and Naval powers.
honestly the pacific needs a strong, reasonable, unfettered japan. pacifism was all well and good but i don't think anyone expects them to pull another hirohito. we need another strong ally in the region to check chinese power and russian expansionism.
>>31794793
No, this was the master plan all along. Nobody expects Japan to pull a hirohito so they won't be prepared for what happens when the US lets Japan off the leash.
Japan has become the nuke.
>>31792357
You're talking crazy talk
I would do joint exercise with some of their cute animu girls, if you know what I mean.
Red head is a cutie.
Why doesn't worst korea just zerg Japan for the terrible things Japan did in ww2?
>nips in 2chan actually think they are above worst korea in terms of military might
>nips think they can defeat China in a sea battle
Both Japan and the UK do a lot of interceptions of cold war bombers approaching their air space (RAF Lossiemouth, where these Typhoons are from does the majority of interceptions), so the two have a lot in common.
I really hope there is some good photos of the exercises. Japanese aviation nerds should be out in force since this is the first visit of the Eurofighter to Japan.
>>31796162
They'll be loving the fact it's English too what with their Anglophillia
>>31792652
Every time.
>>31796183
Sure, but it's the aviation nerds of a country who are willing to wait for hours in the cold and wet for hours just for a glimpse and a chance for a long lens photo of a rare aircraft.
The chance to see a flight of RAF Typhoons on exercises with the JASDF might be interesting to an Anglophile, but it might be the most exciting thing to happen this year to an aviation nerd.

>Proud of the little guys.
You're a big guy ? Since when ?
>>31792139
>someone who isn't America
>get my hopes up
>UK
Basically wannabe US state
>>31796325
Kind of interesting since the UK military hasn't done anything besides Hong Kong garrison (until 1997) and a bit of training in Brunei since the end of the Konfrontasi.
If they join USA and Asutralia in freedom of navigation exercises, it would be interesting.
>>31796392
(Referring to activity in the far east, I mean)
>>31792306
They still have interests in the Pacific with the Pitcairn Islands
>>31792652
>implying UK isn't more white than the US or any other European nation
kek stay delusional americuck
>>31792306
Training.

>>31796392
Australia has given up on freedom of navigation voyages tho. Their politicians would rather suck China dick and get bribes than stand with the US.

Might be cool if they come back next year as well, since the Wasp will be there then with the F-35B. And I imagine exercises with Japan will be what it does for most of it's deployment.
