Just came back from the range today.
Looking my cases I noticed picture related.
What does this mean??? My .45 loads a too hot?
Flat primers and primer flow are indeed signs that you loads are too hot

Shiiiiiet!
Gonna undo some rounds later.
That isn't that bad... What primers are you using?

What is primer flow?

It doesn't look like the ammo is that hot actually. Primers aren't that flat at all.
Looks more hammer/trigger bits related. Check your firing pin channel and firing pin spring too.

I'm using normal Large pistol primers.
I'll reload some softer rounds and post the difference tomorrow.

excessive pressure makes the primer flatten against the bolt, loosing it's rounded edge.
What is your load data? What powder are you using and how much?
Primer flow is when the primer gets flatten against the breech face and is forced into the firing pin channel.
And op, your primer does look flat. If that was a federal primer, I would worry less, but that looks like a Winchester primer so I would double check my load data if I was you.
I use 5.5g of W231 and a 200g cast plated for 45 acp. 5g with a 230g cast plated works well too but I usually shoot the 200s because they're cheaper.

Sorry, should have mentioned that I'm not OP. Just sharing my load data. I know he was asked for his loads a couple posts above and just wanted to clarify.

Flat primers on a 45 ACP is pretty bad. 45 is a low pressure round. Flattened and cratered primers on such a low pressure round are pretty clear signs that it's overpressure.
