it kind of reads like "SHAME NO" on the outer ring, and "BLAME NO" on the inner ring. I know the order is correct, but just because of the orientation it's kind of read that way. 1/4 turn should do the trick.
The "NOT ME" kind of seems weird with the top and bottom bent lines. Maybe just one big "NOT ME"?
