Save up more money, look on ebay for a Safariland drop leg holster if you want something like that. They can be had in the $30-$50 range and are vastly better than UTG. For a vest look around at surplus shops or online, avoid brands like Rothco, Condor, UTG, Voodoo, and anything that seems like it's the same as those. They're all airshit quality and generally overpriced.
