Ever shot 3.5" turkey loads? Have fun deafening yourself. Also 70+ ft/lbs of recoil. All joking aside 3.5" turkey loads are physically painful to fire. Took my Nova out to pattern it and after three rounds I was done. The gun jumps way off target, and you eject a shell without even noticing. They are designed to send 2 1/8 OZ of shot down range at a Turkeys head, not to be used for self defense.
