The "Cannons" in the manga work but are horrible inaccurate to reliably take out the nape of the neck to kill a titan. That's why they need massed volleys of them.

88's would easily be able to decimate the titans, hell Pak36 would probably be fine. Compared to the cannons, a Flak38 would probally be able to kill them just fine.

if it's the marlans with the zepp's the the eldians still win. they're unique combat rigs that allow them to swing between multiple tall objects means that the zeppelins would become nothing more than entertaining targets. it becomes even more entertaining when they use their "super-hard edged" blades to slice deep cuts into the zeppelins to bring them down. follow that up with the fact that every last one of the soldiers was trained in the use of that crap for at least five years with the intent of fighting something a lot more dangerous with a much smaller weak point, and you should be realizing just how screwed the marlan airpower really is.

The biplanes we see could be an issue, if they have machine guns they could strafe the wall cannons or drop bombs. The biggest issue I see is that neither side has reliable intel of what weapons and tactics either side can deploy, the Eldians still have no idea that attack force is coming and the scouting legion is already fucked numbers wise.
