Noooo... This is just Keanu running a 3 gun course. It's been out for quite a while.
But yes I'm hyped as fuck for it.
>>31612347
Who did they kill this time? His goldfish?
Not that I'm complaining, I would be mad as fuck if someone killed my goldfish.
>>31612520
They tried to take his guns.
>Laurence fishburne in the movie too
holy shit morpheus and neo back in action
>it is revealed later his wife from the first movie was played by carrie anne moss
>>31612542
>John wick is actually retired Neo who married Trinity
>>31612595
>Known to be expert with guns and kungfu
>Often sent to kill bogeymen, aka the Merovingian and his ghouls
>Russian mobsters dress and live in a castle that looks straight out of the matrix
>Prior to dying in matrix revolutions neo digitizes himself and trinity into the matrix to live as bluepills so they can be together after death
P O T T E R Y
>>31612542
>holy shit morpheus and neo back in action
My 90s boner is back in action too. Before I watch this movie I'm going to re-watch The Matrix just for shits and giggles, I probably haven't seen it in a decade.
>>31612531
>>31612741
The Matrix really holds up after all this time, it's fantastic how well they made that movie.
The closest I can think of in terms of film-making achievements for this decade is Inception, in terms of putting a new, cool, and intense concept into the minds of the general public. Everything afterwards has been capeshit because Marvel got a hard-on for success after Iron Man and the Avenger movies.
>>31612542
leaked photo of his wife
>>31612981
>Inception
>Good
>>31612531
SHALL
>>31613075
you even read his post? he didn't say it was good, he just said it put not widely known concepts into the public eye like the matrix did. Just as the Plato shadow-on-cave-wall thing was only known to a few historians and nerds in the 90s, all that dreamtime solipsism shit that inception plays with was only for teenagers on /x/ in the 2000s.
>>31613075
It was. It wasn't the best damn movie ever, but can you name any other movie from this decade that's had as big an impact, while not being a superhero flick?
>>31613090
NOT
>>31613101
Interstellar
Fury Road
>>31612520
No one.
He's just back in the business making more coin.
>>31613132
INFRINGED
>>31613115
>Interstellar
Black holes are spoopy, woo
>Fury Road
Absolutely fantastic cinematography and action and I fucking loved that movie, but again, NOTHING about it was a new concept.
>Wick deals with the russian mafia
>finds a chatlog where some fuck in rome laughed about his dog being killed
>John Wick 2
>>31613025
She has a bod for being like 40 in this movie.
>>31613249
>I just killed a shitload of people so fuck it, I might as well.
>>31613159
Matrix holds up, primarily, because they pushed the bar of what a good movie could look like. Pretty much blew Jurassic Park out of the water, which was the previous benchmark.
Fury Road pushes the bar higher, making Matrix look "older". The new concepts it mainly pushes is refining the increased FPS that they attempted in the earlier films that failed as an effect cuz it just looked like they fast forward film. In Fury they perfected this effect. Also highly expansive Extreme wide shots that capitalize higher definition and large movie screens, giving it rewatch value since you`ll miss things based on your focal point.
>>31613159
>Black holes are spoopy, woo
Literally kys.
>that jam clearance and cock in less than a second at :24
wow I just gained a whole new level of respect for keanu
nigga is fucking OPERATING AT A WHOLE NEW LEVEL SHIT
>>31613075
>hating on inception
wow you really have horrible taste, or you're just edgy
>cool philosophical concepts
>leonardo
>operating in dreams/snow in final section
>god tier cinematography
must suck being a fucking pleb, or being someone who hates anything that gets popularity
>>31613337
It was a good cinematic experience that I really enjoyed, but again, it didn't bring anything new to the table aside from the black hole segment, which itself wasn't exactly mindblowing - it was as if the producers sat down in a group and decided "hey, 2001 A Space Odyssey's ending made it a famous film, let's do something like that". It was almost off-putting and detracted from my suspension of disbelief, because up until that point in the movie, everything had been pretty damn hard sci-fi, especially for a Hollywood flick. They then actively chose to sweep that all aside and went for 'the power of love!' as a deus ex cop-out.
Sure, it'll show up on those 'top 5 sci-fi films of the 2010s' lists when the end of the decade approaches, but that's all. Yes, I'm fucking happy that movies like Fury Road exist, but there hasn't been anything released in a long time to scratch that itch I have for movies like The Matrix. Maybe Hollywood really has run out of ideas.

Someone please, i need some pasta
>>31613365
(That was a spare shell reload not a jam)
>>31613382
>or being someone who hates anything that gets popularity
That describes everyone I know who hates that movie.
>>31613025
>>31613501
It's not the greatest fucking movie ever, but it's definitely one of the top 10 of that year
>>31613498
I see, nogunz here
Even more so when the Adlers are banned here
>>31613337
I enjoyed Interstellar (for the most part). but the ending was literally
>Black holes are spoopy
>>31613569
It really wasn't
>>31613572
Give me your interpretation then.
>>31613504
Thank you anon
>>31613579
I don't know how to summarise it, but 'spoopy' is not right, whatsoever.
The whole 'I was your ghost' thing; and being the key to humanity's survival is closer to the truth
>>31613579
not that guy but it was more like
>LOVE, TARS
>>31613592
>>31613596
Fair enough, but still it was something like from the Disney movie.
Nothing wrong with that on it's own, but in that film it was too much shift in the tone.
>>31613654
IIRC he didn't go completely into the black hole, he and TARS got plucked out and put into that 5th dimension maze thing by the super evolved humans and then when they managed to get the message through to murph, they spit them back out at the other side of the wormhole. I don't think there was a love dimension in the center of the black hole
>>31613115
Nothing really new about Fury Road...
No really new story ideas
Interstellar had cool concepts but not much traction. Matrix came a great time (wide spread introduction of MMOs, movie tech capable of telling story) and was popular.
Inception interesting but the story within a story easter egg was done with the 1990 Total Recall
Watch again and try to spot the real reality...
If this was /tv/ I would say Avatar, Memento and Hurt Locker just from the attention and the number of knock offs.
He's got some good shotgun skills. I really can't tell with the pistol and the rifle but he's visibly perfect on the plates with the shotgun.
Can folks ID his guns? I think I know but I would like confirmation.
