Hey, so my 80% lower was a failure as it made my m16 a2 clone full auto.
Had to chop it in 1/2.

I need a new lower that doesn't have the stupid logos on it.

The 80% arms EZ jig is what I used.
The side holes for the pin drilling had a lot of play in it.
I used a drill press and it was still fucked up.
The rest was near perfect

I'm an Aerospace assembler (f22 &f35) and my quality rate is 99.97%
So it definitely wasn't me.
