I use my m&p 9 as a duty weapon by choice. If its good enough to handle the scum of the streats, itll be good enough for you and your family. 45 i heard is fine too... but unless youve trained for high stress scenarios, your shots will go much quicker than you think. Just buy a shitgun or a rifle though

Where is your handler?

It's my service weapon. I don't not like it but I find the ergonomics strange, it never feels like I'm holding it quite right whereas Glocks feel like they were made for my hands. I still trust it though.

Do these come in hicap aragements? Slickguns always has 10 rounders. Is that a nurtured mag? Or standard?

It's a great pistol. Excellent ergos, accurate, and very soft shooting. I love mine.

Standard mags are 10 rds and you can get aftermarket 14 rd ones.
