Any popular CC gun will have magazines with extended grips available. You actually don't need more than one finger on the grip, despite what all the fearful recoil memers will say.

A full size or compact single stack handgun of your choice. If your hands are big like mine are, you're probably also at least somewhat big and can conceal most anything singlestack comfortably.
