I would buy it. $300 is a "good" price since makarovs have been going up a lot lately. I'm pretty sure those parts are interchangeable as well. The grip for sure is.

I picked up a near mint Bulgarian Mak online for $325 out my FFL door, came with 2 mags, black and red star grips, holster, original arsenal papers, cleaning rod. I do like the adjustable rear sight on the Baikal Maks. There are even some double stack Russian Maks, but they go for a much higher price, so you might as well get a CZ-82 at that point. I would say go with Baikal if you want adjustable sights, otherwise just get an Arsenal Mak that has all the features you want (the colored hammers/safeties will run you that $25 difference or more anyway). Ammo wise, I wouldn't worry about 9x18 going up that much, although compared to .380 it is almost 10 cents more per round currently.
