Tell me /k/ do you NEED an illuminated reticle on a low-mid power (3-10 lets say) scope? How big of a handicap is not having one?
>>31375062
NOT A BILL OF NEEDS
Sometimes it gets dark

>having this level of reading comprehension
>ever

Blow it out your ass, commie.
>>31375062
-no
-not much
>>31375119
this is quality trolling
>>31375126
sauce pls. I see everyone marketing illumination as a "must have"
>>31375091
can you see the nonilluminated target with nonilluminated crosshairs tho? Id think having an illuminated reticle would just leave a red dot on a black shadow in the distance.
shameless self bump

>what is dusk
>what is dawn
>what is transitional lighting
>what are streetlights not having perfect illumination
It's a lot easier to lose sights/crosshairs in darkness than it is to lose the silhouette of a man with a gun or knife trying to kill you.

Jesus that picture is ancient. I haven't seen that in like five years.
>>31377004
wouldnt it be hard to differentiate the crosshairs from the target tho?
>>31378265
Which is why illumination is a good thing. You're agreeing with me?
>>31375062
It's handy if youre shooting a dark target. Black crosshairs on dark woods are hard for your eyes to pick up so having the choice between black and red or green is good.
