If I wanted to get a blast radius of 250,000 m^2, what kind of explosive would I use, and how much? The explosive must be conventional, and deal significant damage within the blast radius.
For reference, a city block is roughly 8000 m^2.
Have you considered a colony drop?

fuel air bomb.

>nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure

This seems like a decent candidate. But what is the mass/blast radius ratio?
>>31364568
>250,000 m^2
might aswell build block out of tnt
isn't that blast area, not blast radius? or is that how the terms are commonly misused?
A=250,000, r=282.
>>31364568
> blast radius of 250,000 m^2
> bombing in the 4th dimension
Are you some kind of dimuslim?

Or use TOS-1 aka Burrito

Shit I can't into area vs radius
Turns out it makes no sense, but yes I did mean area

This looks perfect. Correcting my mistake, and not bombing in the 4th dimension, something with a yield just slightly below that of the FOAB would be perfect.

>He doesn't target the enemies time resources
The enemy cannot fire his rifle if you disable his ability to act linearly with the movement of matter in the universe.
