The first movie was actually kind of cool, he's not really doing it for any reason he just shoots up his town with his armor on and then frames his friend at the end so he completely gets away with it.
I never saw the second one but it seemed pretty far up its own ass and going off about politics for some reason. This looks like more of the same.

The first one was below average, the second one was really bad and this one is just utter dogshit.
Everyone except the lead was terrible. I´ve seen better acting in porn, not even kidding. The finale was just 20 minutes of "FBI agents jump in the air because of fake explosions". You can tell he had next to no budget to make this shitpile because his Kickstarter failed. Even the "assasination" was missing.

The original was pretty good. He spends months or even years acquiring the materials to make a suit of bulletproof armor and having it all shipped to his friend's house, somehow acquires a pair of submachine guns, builds a remote-operate van full of explosives, and proceeds to blow up the police station with it (nearly crashing it when he drives it, realistically) and go on a rampage, massacring people all over town.

He spares the old people in the bingo hall, and was going to spare the women in the beauty parlor despite mocking them, but then realizes he was stupid and let them see his face so he kills them. He then robs a bank and makes a big show, in front of witnesses and on camera, of burning the money and yelling anti-capitalist bullshit, but he switched the bag full of cash for a bag full of counterfeit money he was seen printing at the very beginning of the movie. He also goes to kill a fast food employee that had pissed his friend off the day before, making sure lots of people see him do it. Then he meets his friend out in the woods and you realize his body armor incorporating a paintball mask and other shit was deliberate, because now it matches the rest of the paintball gear his friend is wearing. He tases his friend, dresses him in the body armor, and shoots him in the head, making it look like suicide. Thus, his friend is dead, wearing the body armor that he had mailed to his house, burned money while shouting anti-capitalism propaganda his friend was known to spew, shot a girl his friend got pissed at the day before, and his friend was known to post videos about over-population and how we needed to kill off 'useless' people and the rich. Bill packs his shit, takes all of the real money he stole from the bank, and disappears before anyone figures out what really happened.

His friend's dad knew enough to piece it together and he fucked up enough times that even his parents were suspicious, and his skipping town didn't help.

The sequel could have been just as good, and had its moments, but ended up sucking.

The part where he sets up a lawn chair in an alley and just shoots people as they walk past and they're all too oblivious to figure it out is hilarious.

Then he attacks a news studio so he can get them to broadcast his demands and the movie goes to shit.

Literally every single people he encounters, from the police chief to one of the reporters, is from his hometown and is related to someone he shot (played by the same actors, in fact), despite this occurring in a different city and on the other side of the country. The cops are all completely incompetent and have all the planning ability of a five year old. When Bill airs his manifesto on tv (why? Why not just upload a video online, which we've seen him do, and let the media air it of their own initiative? A mass murderer isn't newsworthy unless he takes a tv studio hostage?), and his speech ends up being all the same bullshit he mocked his friend for in the first movie, overpopulation, anti-capitalism, etc. He even goes on a rant about gun control and how it's stupid we don't ban guns, because it would prevent mass-murderers like him. Yeah, the guy who somehow gets his hands on multiple machine guns, which are already illegal, and high explosives is in favor of gun control and thinks it would prevent people like him. Hypocrisy, much? His rant to the kid at the end is even dumber, it's the same nihilist bullshit he made fun of his friend for in the previous movie.

At least Uwe Boll played a cowardly idiot who dies in a massive explosion, that was sorta funny.

They made a sequel? I watched the first one it just made me feel physically ill and depressed, made me wonder what the fuck after seeing it because I had read all the positive comments it got around movie forums before I watched it.
I can't help but think the first film was just satire of the people Boll was marketing it to thinking they're all sadistic villainous people wanting to actually do what the actor in the film did.
