What states have consitutional carry coming up in the near future since Missouri just got theirs yesterday?

I don't know, but the fact that 22% of the states have some form of Constitutional carry is something that makes me incredibly gleeful.

You need the permission of the head administrator, same thing with schools, hospitals, etc. Not impossible but could be hard depending on who runs it.

I don't know how it works in other states, but in Indiana, each bill goes to a committee based on the issue its addressing, such as traffic or agriculture. That committee discusses it, and the members, usually 5 Reoublicans and 2 Democrats, vote on if it should be allowed to go for a full vote, or if text needs to be changed for whatever reason. They also have the option to not even vote on it, where it dies after being inactive on a certain date, which is what happens to most bills.
