What states have unrestricted concealed carry actually?

I keep reading about how Arkansas' status is "in dispute" and nothing that definetly says that you can carry without a permit.

Idaho only applies to Idaho residents older than 21, and Wyoming is for Wyoming residents only.

In Oklahoma if you live in a state that does not require permits you can carry without one in that state. Which is weird as fuck and sounds hard to enforce.

In Montana you can apparently carry freely as long as it's outside city limits, but it's not listed as constituional carry.

And New Hampshire and New Mexico allow unlicensed carry as long as your gun is unloaded. Which just sounds plain stupid.
>>
>>31340768
Oh and I forgot to ask.

What states have consitutional carry coming up in the near future since Missouri just got theirs yesterday?
>>
I don't know, but the fact that 22% of the states have some form of Constitutional carry is something that makes me incredibly gleeful.

West Virginia's is similar to Idaho, except that people 18-20 can get a permit to carry

Oh also, all US citizens over 21 can carry in WV instead of just state residents.

Arizona.

It's written into law that a person does not need a permit to carry.
>>
>>31340965

>>
Missouri
>Age 19+
>Not otherwise restricted from owning firearms
>Can't carry in buildings with a no carry sign, government buildings, churches, etc.
That's it.

Arkansas congress overrode governor veto, just find out when it goes into effect.
>>
>>31340987
Is there an updated gif version?
>>
>>31340942
This. Beat me to it. Anyone 21 and over can conceal carry permit free, and anyone 18-20 can carry with a no-denial permit.
>>
Wtf does constitutional carry mean?
>>

Waiting on you anon.

Lurk more.

>tfw Constitutional Carry gets proposed in Indiana every year, but it never even gets past committee.

We have a Republicansuper majority in both chambers, and based Pence as governor. There's no excuse. We're probably getting a democrat governor next year, and although he's progun and does not support gun control, I doubt he'll stray that far from the party line.
>>
>>31341079
Means no permit, carry anyways
>>
>>31341088
>>31341094
Fuck off, faggots

You guys probably don't even own a gun

Fight me irl
>>
>>31341095
Then you and your friends need to call up the committee members and apply pressure. It's what we did in MN to get silencers legal here again. There's probably a state-based gun rights organization for Indiana too, look into that.

Washington takes a similar approach to car carry. Loaded requires a CPL, unloaded is unrestricted.
>>
>>31341185
>>31341009
Both of my pastor's sons CC, and my brother-in-law carries anytime he wears pants.
Most churches I know encourage carry.
>>
>>31341215
Yeah, but Missouri's governor is a no good democrat that let BLM happen.

Is Hutchinson a cuck?
>>
>>31341265
Why does the state care?

They don't want you to exercise your rights in a tax free zone?
>>
>>31340965
Wisconsin still blows my mind
>>
>>31341278
Heck if I know why the state cares. Probably the same reason we can't carry legally in schools, because they want people to "feel" safer without actually doing anything.
>>
>>31341285
Yeah, but schools had been exempted by slick willie.
>>
>>31340768
/k/ansas is unrestricted constitutional carry, state resident or not, if you're in kansas you have the right to carry concealed
>>
>>31341185
You need the permission of the head administrator, same thing with schools, hospitals, etc. Not impossible but could be hard depending on who runs it.
>>
>>31341219
I don't know how it works in other states, but in Indiana, each bill goes to a committee based on the issue its addressing, such as traffic or agriculture. That committee discusses it, and the members, usually 5 Reoublicans and 2 Democrats, vote on if it should be allowed to go for a full vote, or if text needs to be changed for whatever reason. They also have the option to not even vote on it, where it dies after being inactive on a certain date, which is what happens to most bills.
>>
>>31341196
If they're dem then that's pretty much why.
>>
>>31340768
>>31340965
Can we really update NJ. They really are a no-issue unless you are politically connected.
>>
>>31340965
And mass shootings have been steadily increasing, guess they were right
>>
>>31341386
So is Hawaii, iirc.

But yeah NJ has all of 600 permits issued each year and they're only good for 2 years. Aka there are 1200 CCW holders in the whole fucking state.
>>
>>31341416
So? Lightning strikes are more likely to kill you than a mass shooting. Overall violent crime has been dropping steadily since carry rights were returned to the levels that were originally afforded to citizens before states started banning concealed carry in the 1800s.
>>
>>31341185
Churches require the pastors permission. Which means most churches will let you CC
>>
>>31341542

What about OC?
>>
What states specify age on their unrestricted carry?

From my understanding
In Idaho you need to be a resident and be 21
>>31340909
In WV you need to be 21
>>31341009
In Missouri you need to be 19

Does anyone else have age restriction?
Every other state has an age of 21 right? It was just Missouri that lowered their to 18?

Then the states that limit your unrestricted carry to 21 and over, in WV you can get a permit at 18 and be able to carry anyway?
>>
>>31341591
Missouri is age 18 if you are a member of the military also
>>
>>31341591
You can OC and CC at 18 in WV.

>>
wasn't KY const. carry?
>>
>>31342089
NM is shall issue for loaded and concealed, unrestricted for unloaded or loaded and concealed in your vehicle.
>>
>>31342089
Looking pretty good, your * note has the first word misspelled.

Unrestricted if unloaded shall issue should have a comma in it; may want to make a note for states that are constitutional but still offer permits if you are going to break that out as you have.

Also Utah isn't correct: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_laws_in_Utah
>Open carry allowed without permit and concealed carry of loaded firearm allowed with permit.
>>
>>31342404
>Open carry allowed without permit and concealed carry of loaded firearm allowed with permit.
Seems accurate to me.
This map is about concealed carry rights, not open carry.
>>
>>31342089 So is this official? I'm in Arkansas and I can't find anything definitive about real CC-ing without a permit.
