Small little "town" of 550. Not one black person now that I think about it. Only shit that happened around here recently was a group of three white guys have been hitting the hispanic portion of the "town." They ran out quickly enough that they ended up hitting two white family homes as well and have pretty much gone quiet. For anyone who is curious. I suggest benchrest rifle club. They have a 600 yd range and are trying to get a 1000yd put in but they have multiple ranges that are in the 200 and 100yds range. Theyalso have shotgun,pistol and archery. All located in wright city. Although they have a yearly fee. It is well worth it. Also there is busch wildlife in st. Charles. Its nice but it costs and there is always a wait. Even for how big it is. There is good range in troy. Also there is reifscnieder but it is always busy and dirty. Expect to wait to het a spot. Requires a judge and the fucking police to sign off on it, but it's almost never granted. Christie tried making a small change to the law's wording to make it easier for people who are in danger/fear of their lives to get one, but the dems quickly fucking squashed it. They're also really fucking against the state ever releasing stats on the amount of CC permit holders because they fucking know it'll show that the state doesn't fucking issue ever. One guy got kidnapped and beaten half to death and threatened and they denied him until he got in a lawsuit that probably would have made the state shall issue if he had stayed on. And I also love the hypocrisy with voter ID laws. The bill modifies 571.030.1.1 to qualify that the concealment of lethal weapons is only prohibited in the places listed in 571.107, which includes institutions of higher learning. 571.030 already states, and still states, that the actions prohibited by 571.030.1.1 aren't prohibited by those with a CCP.

Did Missouri also score a campus carry bill through circular dependency?
