Have you ever had customers come into your shop with rare or antique firearms without knowing what they have? Like, if they're looking to get ammo for it or advice where to sell it, or for whatever reason?
I always see those stories about old ladies turning StG-44s in to buy back programs and it makes me wonder.

Also just wanted to mention that is a very reasonable price for dolphin jerkey. I just hope it's still good after the 30 day waiting period.

I've walked out of almost completed deals on guns over $1500, more than once, because the shop had a $25 "background check fee."

Sure, I'm a little volatile, and that just pisses me off. I don't care if you'll waive it to get my business, I only care that you have a rape fee of $25 in the first place for a simple NCIC check - it tells me you like to screw customers on the little things where you can.

I've always wondered how a shop can stay in business long when they have clear indicators of their pillaging of customers. When your store is charging nearly twice the going price on a box of ammo, for example, customers get the sense that everything in the store is subject to your insane markup, and just don't shop there. For example, I don't buy guns from Gander Mountain. Their prices may be good on guns, I don't really know, I haven't checked. The reason I haven't checked is because unless there's a sale, I know that if I go there for ammo, I'm going to be paying a lot more than I could get it elsewhere, and thus I don't buy anything else there on the assumption that they probably are marking everything else up to the same degree.
